FFEL collects information you submit through the Starter Pack and Intro Call forms: name, company name, email, phone, USDOT number, authority status, fleet details, and anything you write in free-text fields.

We use this information to deliver the New Authority Starter Pack, prepare for and schedule intro calls, and follow up about FFEL services. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing.

FFEL may reference publicly available FMCSA registration data (such as company name, USDOT number, and business phone) for its own outreach. FFEL is an educational school project and is not affiliated with FMCSA, USDOT, or any government agency.
