Common questions.

What does FFEL actually do?

FFEL builds simple AI-powered operating systems for new motor carriers: cost-per-mile calculators, weekly revenue targets, load-evaluation worksheets, revenue and expense trackers, maintenance reserves, document organization, and monthly performance reviews. You get practical tools built around your trucks and your numbers.

What does FFEL not do?

FFEL does not dispatch trucks, arrange transportation, source or schedule freight, set or recommend freight rates, provide factoring, sell insurance, or file compliance paperwork. FFEL is an educational school project — not the FMCSA, USDOT, or any government agency.

What does "AI-powered systems" mean in plain terms?

We use AI tools to build and maintain your calculators, trackers, and plans faster and more accurately than doing it by hand — and to help review your numbers each month. You do not need to learn any AI software. You get simple, usable tools.

Is the starter pack really free?

Yes. The New Authority Starter Pack is a free download. The free intro call is also free. Neither obligates you to anything.

I just got my authority. Is it too early?

No — this is exactly the right time. The systems matter most before you accept your first loads, because that is when pricing and cost mistakes are easiest to make and hardest to see.

Will every broker in the starter pack approve my new authority?

No, and we do not claim that. The pack lists 10 brokers that accept new authorities from day one — meaning they accept applications without a universal minimum authority-age requirement. Approval still depends on each broker’s current insurance, safety, equipment, documentation, and onboarding standards. Verify requirements directly before applying.

How much does the paid service cost?

The New Carrier Operating Setup is $250 one time. Optional Monthly Review & Support is $99 per month, cancel anytime. The starter pack and the intro call are free, and there are no contracts or surprise fees.

Do you work with carriers outside Texas?

Yes. FFEL is based in Texas, but the systems work for carriers anywhere in the United States.

Do I need special software?

No. FFEL systems are delivered in simple tools you already use — spreadsheets, documents, and organized digital folders — plus a call to walk through everything.

How do I remove my information?
